When designing this handguard, the team started from a basic set of requirements: The handguard must be tough, versatile, practical and have a straight forward install.

This version features the patent pending anti-slip / anti-lift attachment method (ASALTM) for an easy, timing-free installation that provides an extremely rigid and secure attachment. Read below for more technical details about this impressive new attachment method.

Straight Forward Installation
No frills clamp-on style installation using only a 1-3/16 Crow’s Foot wrench and 5/32″” Allen key
Barrel nut does not requiring timing with the gas tube. No shims required.

Thanks for the feedback! This will come with an anti-rotation pin that you can use between any mil-spec upper and this handguard. We ultimately went with that method of anti-rotation, as we have no evidence that it works less efficiently as the tabs, but we do know that it works just as well. Using the pin also allows for more compatibility with billet upper receivers, and that alone was enough to justify the use of the pin, as opposed to the tabs.
That's sexy, but I wish It had the alignment tabs like the Gen 1
