I have several ARs in 7.62x39 (8.5", 10.5" and few 16"). All of them are perfectly reliable with 20rd and 10rd mags. With 28rd mags, I don't load more than 24 rounds. I shoot only Wolf ammo. I have not had a single failure over last 1500 rounds shot.

I'm a bit dubious about this set. The if it ain't broke don't fix it crowd has a good point that may have been overlooked by these guys.

Good inexpensive field knife. The sandvik steel is a quality material that holds an edge well. Grind is aggressive and easy to resharpen on a flat stone. The handle is hard plastic, so can get slippery when wet. I've got this and the carbon steel in the same model and I wrapped my handles with a bicycle tire inner tube for a better grip.

Back Order / Out of Stock as of 12/16/18. I've shot this gun and it is a capable performer. About the same dimensions of a Glock 19. Ate any and all ammo I used. Recoil is light, as is racking the slide, since it is hammer-fired. At $259.99, this gun is at a great price.

Decock only, no safety. Much like a Sign series or several versions of CZ.

Those of us who like true DA/SA with a decocker often do not want an additional safety

Ruger makes quality products, This is the **PRO MODEL** so I guess that means 99.99% of you cant handle one.

Just to comment on this and reiterate our policy, every upper comes with a full warranty on parts and labor. All of our uppers are test-fired before being shipped. To do this, we must pair the upper to a lower and in most cases that will cause a small amount of wear on the anodizing. If I remember correctly, as is our policy, we explained this process and offered to replace the upper at no cost. That offer still stands. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and while I can’t guarantee there won’t be pairing marks from the test-fire, we will do our best to minimize any wear and tear.
