Lots of folks love MSRs or modern sporting rifles, they are the fastest green platform for hunting and for good reasons. Most folks don't know that the AR-15 was marketed back in the late 50s and early 60s as an MSR, and well before it was adopted by the military. Another interesting fact is AR stands for ArmaLite Rifle, not Assault Rifle or Automatic Rifle, interesting history, you should really check it out.
