At $299.99, thinking about buying one, just because. I have a basic APX and I love it, this would be a good upgrade.
Y'all may wanna read up about the 21 round magazine problems this model has been having.
True. Beretta was no help so to fix, I replaced all the oem +4 extensions with +2s from Galloway Precision. Problem solved (although this isn’t an expense customers should have to incur in the first place). .

I bought this from this retailer, no problems with the ordering process or delivery. That being said, I am disappointed with this pistol, and I love Berettas. I have about 350 rounds through it, and have been having failures to extract (stovepipes) and failures to feed (nosedives). So far, I have tried Winchester 9mm NATO (which is claimed online to be what works best), Blazer 124gr, Magtech 115gr, S&B 147gr, Underwood 147gr +P. With the exception of the Underwood, which is rather expensive to use as range ammo, all other ammo brands have been very inconsistent. I have seen many posts about the 21rd magazines being an issue, but even with the 17rd mags, I still have these problems. I have also tried swapping the recoil spring with the one that comes in the standard APX, but the problems still persisted. I should also note that I ordered the optics plate to use a Holosun 507C on it and the sights are just barely tall enough to cowitness with that combination of adapter plate and optic. It seems to be that I'm the only one online who has these problems with this version of the pistol, maybe I just got a lemon. I will be sending this back to Beretta.
I own 3 and have owned them since 2018. I never had even one issue nor is there any on going consensus or complaints about reliability or QA issues. I have heard some far and few between complaints about the 21 round mags.
Try NATO 124 Grain 9mm Ammo. Looks like the recoil spring is really stiff that it needs time to wear out before using 115gr ammo.
I was about to pull the trigger and purchase but decided to look at reviews and comments on YouTube and decided I better hold off. Lol. Some were saying the same thing and others said it was great but there were to many worrisome reviews for my taste so I held off. That being said I have bought from Locked and Loaded. They're legit with no problems and typically good prices which I appreciate. But, buyer beware they do have a "Restocking Fee" aka: (imma hustle some money out of ya) if u want to return products. So if u order the wrong product GOOD LUCK
do they only make the tactical version in vomit green?
