This also means taking the time to ensure that the upper will function reliably. We use Permatex 242 on key components while using mil-spec AEROSHELL 33MS Anti-Seize grease on the properly torqued barrel nut and muzzle device.

There are a lot of fancy charging handles out there but for some builds a mil-spec style charging handle will do the job just fine. Unfortunately many manufacturers are putting out sub-par charging handles in an effort to cut costs. This is why we chose to release a new Enhanced AR-10 / .308 Charging Handle. The first enhancement is that the handle itself is machined from billet aluminum. We find that billet gives us a more rigid handle and we don’t have to worry about inconsistent forgings.
