Integrated rear 7075-T6 aluminum picatinny rail allows for the mounting of Picatinny-style rail brace mounts. CNC-milled handguard, that is Type III hard-coat anodized aluminum for maximum durability, incorporates the traditional takedown block and features Magpul M-LOK-compatible slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for easy mounting of M-LOK-compatible rails and accessories 6 o'clock position of the CNC-milled handguard features a factory-installed handstop for secure support hand placement. Interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger and Glock magazines. Ships with SR-Series and Security-9 pistol magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock magazines is included. Easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action for ease of transportation and storage. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back and verifying that the pistol is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart. Dead blow action features a custom tungsten dead blow weight that shortens bolt travel and reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. Bolt is machined from heat treated, chrome-moly steel to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. Reversible magazine release and reversible charging handle to support left- or right-handed use or one-handed control manipulation while maintaining a proper firing grip. Cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. The heavy-contour barrel provides consistent accuracy. Threaded barrel with included thread protector allows for use of standard muzzle accessories. Light, crisp trigger pull with minimal overtravel and positive reset utilizing proven 10/22 trigger components. CNC-machined from an aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet, the receiver includes an integrated Picatinny-style rail and is Type III hard-coat anodized for maximum durability. Ergonomic pistol grip features an extended trigger reach for more precise trigger control. Also includes: one, SR-Series pistol magazine; hex wrenches for disassembly of the chassis system and pistol, and charging handle removal. NOTE: The receiver-mounted, Picatinny-style rail is designed to accommodate most optics and optic mounts intended for use with Picatinny/ MIL-STD 1913 rails. However, due to reduced clearance between the top of the receiver and the bottom of the optics rail, optics and optic mounts that extend more than .275" below the top of the rail may not fit the PC Charger. Ensure that the optic or optic mount you intend to use does not extend more than .275" below the top of the Picatinny-style rail when installed. NOTE: Older Glock magazines that feature only one magazine latch slot may still be used with the PC Charger, but the magazine release button must remain on the left side of the pistol as shipped from the factory. The magazine release button should not be reversed when using this type of magazine as the magazine will not properly lock into the magazine well. Early versions of Glock-brand magazines with a "U" shaped notch at the rear of the magazine feed lips will not function in the PC Charger PC Charger Specifications Manufacturer: Ruger Family: PC Carbine Series Model: PC Charger Type: Semi-Auto Pistol Action: Semi-Auto Caliber: 9mm Finish: Matte Finish Type: Black Grips: Black Polymer Barrel: 6.5" Overall Length: 16.5" Rate-of-Twist: 1-in-10" Capacity: 17 plus 1 # Of Magazines: 1 Mag Description: 17 Rd. • There is a reason that the Ruger PC9 is one of my all-time favorite guns. First and foremost, it is one of, if not the most popular caliber in the world, the 9mm. With the current situation not included, you can find 9mm ammo anywhere you find ammo. Not only is 9mm ammo the most available caliber, it also has the widest variety of bullet weights and types. It is an incredibly versatile round that has a proven and long history in the military, law enforcement, and the civilian market. Thrown on top of all that with the fact that it is cheapest round available other than .22 lr (current situation exception) and you have what I call “The King Of The Calibers”. Because of everything just mentioned and the fact that when shot from a rifle, it has no recoil, it is an ideal gun for practicing technique, new shooters, young, small, and female, it is just an exceptional all around gun. Ruger Maximized on all of this and they were one of the first to do so. The PC9 is modeled after the ever popular and familiar 10/22, which has become an American icon. The PC9 is exceptionally accurate so much so that with an optic, I am able to easily take mine out to 200, 300, and even 400 yards on steel. At 50 yards with good ammo, it is not uncommon to get MOA groups. With the lack of recoil, it is possible to get rounds off and on the steel at 50-100 yards almost as fast as you pull the trigger. The PC9 comes in several configurations including the PC Charger (pistol version) with an ever increasing availability of aftermarket accessories. The Ruger PC9 can easily find a place and purpose in just about any gun safe. Bottom Line: Solid, reliable, VERY accurate, little to no recoil, shoots any ammo I fed it, and just fun to shoot and practice with.

Make it an 8 or 10 inch barrel and i’m sold. 6.5 is only slightly better ballistics than a full size pistol but honestly still not a bad option if you’re going to be lugging it around with you.

It is not about ballistics but two hands handling , if you care about ballistics don’t buy 9

ugly iyo or not, works great LRHO, never had a FTF in 3k rounds. Brace and a can make it look much better. You can find the at least 200 cheaper than gun.deals

damn these sure are ugly.... that magazine looks like some weird misplaced screw up... why couldnt they simply make the magwell the proper size width for factory mags? Of course with a magwell flare, but its just looks terrible as is in my opinion.

They had to make the magwell large enough to accept the different interchangeable magwell adapters that come with the firearm. The magwell adapters are the proper size for the factory mags they are intended for. It might not look as weird to you with a glock happy stick protruding from it. :)

Yeah I agree. Add a takedown brace, red dot, and 32 round mag and this thing looks a whole lot nicer!

Yes I have one. Take down brace added with pistol stock. Red dot on top. This thing turns heads when I show up to shoot. Especially in a small bag that I store it in. I get to the range people are looking at me going oh wonder what does he have there. Then I pull it out unfold it and put the barrel into it. The looks I get from people as it's not a normal or nor is it an AR. Shoots amazingly well. Also recoil is almost non-existent. You can suppress this thing on top of it.
