The Firearm Blog reports that S&W is announcing a new pistol tomorrow. Rumors flying around the internet say that it will be called the S&W M&P Shield, will be single stack, chamber 9mm & .40 S&W, and is just a little larger than 9mm sub-compacts like the Ruger LC9. Click Here for more info.

I thought this announcement was going to happen today?! I can't find any news about this anywhere? I'm really hoping it will be a single stack .45 ACP, similar to XD-S...
