Seems like a dishonest company. Read a lot of negative reviews and now seeing there personal responses in this thread has convinced me to stay away. Thanks bud. Sorry for ur bad luck

Not saying all of the products are the same, just my precautionary tale.

Our Warrant policy is we will repair or replace any defective parts. If you had notified that there was a problem with your upper we would have sent you a return lable so we could repair it. Instead you tried to disassemble the upper yourself, then notified us that you had broken the barrel nut. Disassembling the upper yourself does void the warranty.

You CAN"T sell inferior crap and justify it by saying send it back to me EVERYTIME the sh*t breaks.....Your crappy BARREL nut broke trying to TAKE IT OFF with he CORRECT TOOL....not even torquing it! Face it, you sell GARBAGE! $26 EBAY CHINESE garbage to be specific.

No we warranty our product to the point that we will at OUR EXPENSE to make sure that a qualified person repairs any defect for a customer. The reason we void the warranty when a customer disassembles an upper is we do not know if the person is qualified to do the repair or make the upper worst. In your case the major concern is you tried to remove the barrel nut to fix the handguard, which is unnecessary, as the handguard screw on the top of the barrel nut.

I was sending it to be cerakoted....It's a cheap piece of aluminum BREAKING CRAP yet you keep defending it? Why? Are you the only one "Qualified" to remove a barrel nut? If it were a STEEL, or QUALITY part my 6yp niece could remove it OR ANY semi smart human being. You keep justifying the inferior part, WHY? Why are you selling it is a better question? I went to AR15.com to post a similar comment, and found a HUGE archive of similar complaints. I'll be here each and every time you post here to warn others. GAME ON!
