The S.T.R.I.K.E. Lightweight Plate Carrier Harness by Blackhawk serves to keep those bulletproof layers comfortably and securely affixed to your back and chest. This is the small/medium harness, and it is designed to accommodate Blackhawk Ballistic Ceramic Plates up to 9.5”x12.5” in size. These are sold separately, and you could use another manufacturer’s compatible plates if you so wish.

This harness is made of long-lasting 500 denier ripstop nylon, one of the standard fabrics used to construct a variety of tactical gear. It is also lightweight at 1.3 pounds, because you’ll no doubt have plenty of other gear to weigh you down.

This harness additionally features several rows of S.T.R.I.K.E. webbing that provide secure attachment points for gear like holsters and magazine pouches. Its adjustable side-release buckles create the fit you want, and its tough handle will give your buddy something sturdy to grab onto if he ever needs to drag you to safety.
