DKX level IIIA pistol plate
The DKX level IIIA pistol plate is a great choice for civilian body armor. Although this plate is not NIJ certified, it does offer protection against handgun rounds up to and including .44 Magnum. Constructed of Dyneema the DKX IIIA weighs only 20 ounces and is multi-hit capable. The shooters cut and double curve design offers superior functionality for shouldering your rifle or aiming a pistol.
