Sorry to bother you... Quick question. I was wondering how the trigger is? Do you own a Canik by chance? Can you compare the two? I was thinking about getting this and am hoping the trigger is similar. Would love your input here. The non-milled slide is not an issue for me as I usually co-witness every chance I get.
Thanks..
So after buying my optic version of the SAR9 shown here and running some rounds down range with it I found one thing that bugs me a bit about the optics ready version. SAR did not really "mill" the slide for optics, opting instead to simply add mounting holes into a regular slide which makes the optic sit a bit higher and a little less stable than I prefer. It also makes cowitnessing very tough to do. Not that there's anything wrong with these guns but longevity and accuracy concerns I do have over time. Definitely not as stable as one with a full "seat" milled out. Just a heads up.
