I have one of these on two pistols. Really like how it has the rear sight cut out.
Battery lasts well over a year a medium brightness or below. Don't get the 6 MOA model...that dot almost covers a 10" plate a 50 yards. No idea how because 6 MOA at that distance should be no where near that large.
It says auto off. Does that mean a manual on for it to work?
The power button is a few mm in front the drop off where the laser is at...its not super easy to turn on and if you have fat fingers you literally cant press it. But yes, manaul on button...battery is on the bottom so you have to unscrew it from the slide to change it, lasts about 2 months.
This is fine as a temp red dot, but after a few 100 rounds and 9 months of regular use it wont hold zero...Iv had to replace 2, one was defective out the box and the other cracked when using hot loads...you get what you pay for, but at its MSRP im not complaining.
These are junk. Wonder why they are discounted everywhere now? Battery lasts 2 months and they don’t hold zero on 9mm at least. Perhaps they can hold up on a .22LR.
