The Brazilian manufacturing company Taurus Armas S.A., formerly Forjas Taurus S.A., has factories in Sao Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Bainbridge, Georgia, Mandirituba, and Paraná. It was originally founded in 1924 as a tool and die forging company. The business established a subsidiary called Taurus International Manufacturing Incorporated, commonly known as Taurus USA, in 1988 to reach the American market more successfully. Taurus USA sells a variety of semi-automatic pistols and revolvers that are reasonably priced and ergonomically appealing and excellent for personal defense. With the use of modern technology and the skills of a highly experienced team, Taurus produces some of the most durable and dependable pistols on the market in the United States.
