I’ve had mine for about seven years put maybe 2500 rounds through it mostly Tula. I haven’t had any issues. Decent trigger and works with all the magazines I’ve used metal, plastic, and drums. I like it the only thing was initially reluctant in buying it was that its barrel is nitrided instead of chrome lined. But that was when AK ammo was cheaper than AR ammo. Now I know I’m never going to put enough rounds through it to shoot out the barrel.

Not sure how they call that a "stock" making this an SBR. I've seen dozens of "braces" with more support than whatever that is. Why didn't they just call it a brace and that way there's no SBR hassle? Or just put an actual adjustable brace to fit on the telescoping design? I love this platform but it's too much money and the hassle of getting an SBR. If it was around $1800 I'd bite but not $2800... just my opinion, you may have yours as well.

These companies based overseas should get on the bandwagon like many have already done and invest more in their facilities here in the US to mitigate the impact of Trump's tariffs. Biden's inflation was about 5% while Trump's is only about 2%. Most companies will raise prices at the slightest notion that cost might go up, the way to solve this gouging is to not buy there products.

I was not a fan of my shield pistol. It was super hard to grip and had terrible recoil. I also had issues with it not going into full battery and also having FTE problems. Yes the nature of the small frame makes recoil worse in any pistol but the Shield just seemed to be worse than others, making follow up shots difficult at best. Where they dug some gen 1 .40cal pistols from is beyond me..haha. I think there's many better options out there unless you're a die hard S&W person. This is just my experience and my opinion. Your entitled to yours as well.
