Mossberg keeps this feature at the forefront of their 590S lineup of shotguns. The newly designed elevator allows for these shotguns to cycle 3″ shells, 2-3/4″ shells, and even the increasingly popular 1.75″ shells! The 590S retains the same tried and true features from the 590 series such as dual extractors, twin action bars, positive steel-to-steel lockup, and a top-mounted ambidextrous safety switch.
