A lot of retailers have been doing this for years. It's often a way to make it look like your order has shipped when it hasn't. They generate a shipping label, but don't actually have the item in stock. Instead, they use your money to order it themselves, then wait for it to arrive before shipping it to you....thats why it looks like the item is stuck in a location - a dishonest form of dropshipping.
In fact, I have a retailer doing exactly that to me right now.
Nico-TR's comment is 3 weeks old and KyGunCo's inventory shows these in stock at both of their locations. It's possible he TR has his item by now. However, I agree with your bait and switch shipping label comment.
I got this when Dirtybird had it on sale at $119.99 plus free shipping. So I think all the other retailers could do better on the price.
With that being said, this can works very well on my 10" barrel setup shooting subsonics. Plinking in my backyard, the sound of the Ruger 22's action was louder than the shot. it is so quiet that several birds and rabbits 5 yards away does not even flinch and just keeps munching away.
Overall build quality is good. Easy to disassemble and maintain. If I do look down the bore, I can see some very slight imperfections in the series of baffle stack against the light. It is not apparent if you look at each baffle individually.
Overall an excellent deal.
I will never buy from these clowns again they tell you something was shipped so they will not cancel once you order something. They print a label and call it shipped when it never did. I'm done.
