Solid price for a very good knife, as knifesmith mentioned these are part of the spyderco value line, they are well made, come razor sharp, and lock up tight.

I have all three, and they go in size from the Ambitious, Tenacious, and largest being the Resilence.

DON'T BUY THIS ARE FAKE FROM CHINA KNOCKOFFS, THE REAL SPYDERCO ARE MADE IN THE U.S.A

Not true. This particular line (the economy one) is made in China. There are also lines made in Japan and Taiwan. That's why they're cheaper than "normal" spyderco knives. Retail is $79.95, so this is a pretty good deal. I have no idea how good the heat treat is on this line though, but 8Cr13MoV is a pretty good steel (comparable to Aus8A).
I've got a kershaw in 8Cr13MoV that's a pretty good knife (even though it too was made in China).
