That can't be true because flat rate shipping for that item from them is only $9.95 for UPS Ground. You can order just about anything from Cals for only $9.95 shipping by UPS Ground. They do charge $12.25 for Priority Mail, but that is still a flat rate fee shipping to a PO Box.
