Real tourniquets from trusted dealers cost a bit more than his. There are a LOT of well-documented fake Chinese tourniquets that get imported. At this price, this one is almost certainly a cheap Chinese fake that will break if you ever need to use it.
It's VERY well made, uses a steel rod., and includes in a UV resistant waterproof bag. I bought 1 in blaze orange to check it out & then ordered more. These are endorsed by multiple medics and operators if you take time to did through reviews and watch YouTube vids. One can pay more for a Military issued CAT but this is, per many Operators, EMTs (I believe Skinnymedic uses these), etc., just as good. I'm betting my life and the lives of my family on this brand. Buy military issue If you don't mind paying a lot more for an equivalent product.
