The Magpul PMAG 30 AK MOE is a lightweight, high reliability 30-round polymer magazine for 7.62x39 Kalashnikov pattern rifles (AK-47, AKM, AKS, SIG556R and others.) It features a removable floorplate, constant curve geometry, and a high-reliability/low-friction follower for the affordable performance you expect from a MOE PMAG.

Picked up Tapco mags at J&G last week for $4.99 .. Received 3 days after..
I use Tapco since years without any trouble..
Don't loose your time with 'pre-delivery'/'pre-order'/'pre-maybe'... "Fancy-brand" expensive mag here
How about "pre-delivery"? A new marketing concept where Brownell's sends us a mag free and we use it and pay what we think it's worth or send it back with a free shipping label.

Pre-order/backorder it's all the same at brownells. I'm still waiting on 22lr ammo federal I ordered back in Dec. 2012.
Funny you bring that up...I ordered those federal 2100 round cans in Jan 2013. Fortunately due to how their backorder shipping queue works, I should receive mine first. LOL!!!!
My tapco mags have worked fine and are 7.50 locally after the smoke blows over i may pick up a few but who knows how long that will be with the abundance of fan boys who need everything first/a week ago
I like Tapcos, especially the new slabsides. They are slightly larger than comblocks, so fill loose magwells nicely. However, under hard use I find the front lugs do not 'lock' as well as steel comblocks. The Tapcos occasionally slip out of the front lugs when doing speed changes.
I have high hopes for these Magpuls, especially for my 922r sensitive rifles, but will probably wait for the version with steel feed lips.
Do you know if they have plans on making them with steel lips? I am set on AK mags (30?) but the way things are heading it might be wise to stock up for future generations (not joking)

I took your advice and ordered from DSG nklineq. Saved about $3 on shipping I think. I got the 3 Magpul AK mags I ordered in this morning. They look great and I'm really looking forward to it warming up so I can get out and try them in my milled Norinco MAK-90!!
