#html-body [data-pb-style=A7HQXYP]{justify-content:flex-start;display:flex;flex-direction:column;background-position:left top;background-size:cover;background-repeat:no-repeat;background-attachment:scroll}The Testudo is the carrier of choice for a massive coalition of Free Men. Now, we are honored to present its best and newest model, the Gen 3, featuring the Quick-Detach Buckle System. A cummerbund is great for its precise adjustability; pull it tight to fit you exactly. The downside is that it takes a bit longer to take it off. The QDS fixes that. Pull a cord away from you and the carrier will open on that side for quick removal. The Testudo Gen 3 is made mostly of 500D Nylon, with bar tacks reinforcing all stress points and PALS webbing covering the outside. MOLLE-compatible webbing for pouches, holsters, and accessories. The generous padding also prevents chafing, making for an armor setup that’s easy to wear for long periods of time. The adjustable shoulder straps, made of nylon, also help you fit the carrier as the low offset makes the rear plate pocket ride at the proper height. When choosing your Testudo Gen 3 plate carrier size, please consider if you wear a M/L sized shirt or if you need an XL+ sized shirt and choose your proper size accordingly. If you are questioning if you should go with medium or large size carrier, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team to help dial that size in.The medium size Testudo Gen 3 is made to fit 10x12” sized plates only, whereas the large size Testudo Gen 3 is suited to fit BOTH 10x12" and 11x14” plates. Most users under 6'2" will find the 10x12” size most manageable and sufficient to protect the vitals. We recommend the larger sized 11x14" plates for users 6’2"-3” tall and above. The A2 is rated Level III+. This means it goes above the NIJ Level III rating. We ensure our armor is capable of stopping 5.56x45 M193, 5.56x45 M855/SS109 at 3,000 FPS as well as AK-47 rounds (7.62x39) and .308 (7.62x51 M80 NATO Ball) at 2,850 FPS. The A2 is also extremely durable. It takes many hits without compromise. It can be dropped and knocked around without losing power. It also provides the same protection on the edges as it does in the center.

It just brings a smile to most peoples faces on this site to see a loser like BooHoo struggle to come up with a reason to justify his fixation with AR500 Armor. Now he is giving others advice about alternative products, but nobody cares what he thinks. The only thing he is mildly good at is a snipe hunt.
Makes me laugh every time I see one of his butthurt post's. He must be real fun at parties.
Makes me laugh every time I see one of you four follow me around the internet because you don't get invited to parties.
LOL, your four man* circle jerk is just so cute. And I'm amazed 4Liberty hasn't chimed in more, he just seems to be upvoting all of your posts though. Perhaps he is on another lockdown for screaming racial slurs or did his stepdad take his keyboard again? Chief, where you at? We see you voting as well.
*"man" might be an exaggeration
This is for RSO at a range. They don't make a lot and it's still better than a polo shirt if an accident happens. So if you don't have a useful suggestion feel free to go back to trolling other forums from your Mom's basement.
So an RSO is going to stand in place (needlessly) with 20 pounds of steel plates in the most uncomfortable plate carrier you can imagine...for 8 hours at a time? LOL, okay. Clearly you've never worn body armor longer than 5 minutes if you think that makes sense.
And the "The Homestead Kit" is for an RSO? Sure thing...wink wink.
Want a suggestion for something better (not great by any means but neither is this junk), RMA Armor or Guard Dog. Just as good as this (again, pretty bottom of the barrel but you are staring off there already), lighter, and won't spall in your face and neck if you did take a bullet. Luckily mom's basement doesn't have that much risk of getting shot so you might be fine hiding under a blankie or with AR500 targets strapped to your XXXL chest.
Good luck at that range Mr. RSO ;)
WooHoo is clearly the one in the basement with his 4,503 comments on this site… go do something with your life, “kiddo,” and stop trolling every listing. You talk too much.
Said the four (at this point) lonely souls cyberstalking a rando on a gun deal website. LOL, how big is that room in your head(s) you four have me living rent free in? I've got so many free rooms I might as well open a fucking hotel!!!!
P.S. What you have you trolls added to the discussion? Oh wait, I'm the only one who has said anything on topic. But I'm the "troll?"
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA
choosing large size can't get it below $304. :(
Why would you spend $200 on a cheap chinese carrier and steel plates? If you wanted to cheap out like this there are better (also chinese) carriers and non steel plates for a similar price range that wouldn't weigh 20+ pounds nor spall in your face.
Haha coming from Mr. Olight himself!
Ignore him, he obviously likes to troll, Why does IT even care how you spend your own money.
LOL another sad child that is following me around like a special needs puppy humping my leg at every turn!
If you don't want to interact with me, stop trolling for fights. Both of you idiots replied to my posts / conversations...not the other way around. Think about that ;)
P.S. I think one of you may have tinkled a little bit on my pants.
LOL...doesn't surprise me you shill for steel body armor too. What feature do you like better, the spall or the 20 pound kit (before adding anything else)?
Real talk, if you are going to spend the same money, you shouldn't settle on AR500 range targets with 1/10" of an inch of bed liner sprayed on top when you can get actual ceramic plates for the same price. This carrier is junk either way so you might as well buy a Condor or even something from Amazon. Same basic shit but still better at the end of the day. *And no, we aren't talking about professional door kickers.
BTW, I think it is pretty cute how you seem to be following me around. Like I have my own special needs puppy humping my leg at every turn.

It only goes down to $279. NOT $202
