Manufactured using Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and constructed from aerospace-grade Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), the Vanish556 delivers exceptional strength while weighing just 10.2 ounces. This lightweight design dramatically improves firearm balance and maneuverability, reducing operator fatigue during extended range sessions, training, or duty use.

At the core of the Vanish556 is Exigent Defense’s proprietary coaxial venting system, engineered to dynamically manage expanding gases and significantly reduce back pressure and blowback. This advanced forward-flow architecture channels gases away from the shooter, improving comfort, visibility, and reliability—especially during high-volume or suppressed firing. By limiting excess bolt speed and gas impulse, the Vanish556 also helps reduce wear on host weapon components, extending service life and maintaining consistent performance.

An integrated four-prong internal flash hider and directional high-flow gas ports further enhance performance by disrupting sound waves, reducing flash signature, and redirecting gas flow away from the operator.
