The rejected form 3 claims might have been a lousy excuse, or outright lie? There is ongoing litigation between B&T AG and B&T USA. It sounds like B&T USA has been taking orders for products they can't fulfill. From what I make of it, B&T AG has stopped shipping products to B&T USA, but they have been good enough to ship replacement parts under warranty directly to US customers.....(replacement parts for products sold by B&T USA that B&T USA are either unwilling or unable to supply.) B&T founder Karl Brügger in Switzerland discusses the matter in this recent video where he comes-across as a good feller to me. At this point it sounds to me like B&T USA has done B&T AG dirty. It will be interesting to see if B&T USA takes James up on his offer to make a rebuttal video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9qcV59PFzg... - Personally, I'm not inclined to order any B&T USA products at this time.
I did hear about that, and I have another story getting my mk23 booster from those b&t-usa dummy's as well. Sept 2025 I backordered, I waited their 90 days followed up, stared getting the run around. I had to threaten b&t-usa with a online follow up after taking months on that booster.
They sent me a used booster but I was so done at that point. Its such a shame the fumbled so bad because my print x 45 is insane on the mk23.
I was assigned a serial number from battlehawk for the form 3, but who knows if they have one in stock or if they are taking a free loan on customers at this point.

I bought this exact can from them for 400$. They had the form 3 rejected literally a dozen times over 4 months. Had to ask for a refund multiple times while they just kept screwing up form 3s. I laugh every time I see this deal
