Is this just chrome lined and not CHF?
Most likely button rifled chrome. Nuttin' wrong with that. I doubt you'd notice any difference until it comes to cleaning time where the chrome will really shine. I think the Colt plant in Canada manufacturers CHF barrels. Heck, if I was you I'd call Colt and get the answer straight from the horses mouth :)

This is the Enhanced Patrol Rifle (EPR) upper. Colt does not ship this upper part with backup sights. A reviewer on Midway was disappointed when he did not receive a set of sights.
