FEATURES
The Sabre AK-47 GF5 features an FN cold hammer forged 16" barrel with a proprietary blend of hammer-forged chrome-moly vanadium that is referred to as "Machine Gun Steel" by virtue of its use in FN's M249 and M240 weapons. The hammer forging process work hardens the steel, making it more durable. This barrel is magnetic particle inspected, to ensure quality and dependability.
The rifle also features a stamped steel dimpled receiver with a forged Romanian front trunnion, swell neck rivets and a side scope mount. The Sabre AK includes a Plan B suppressor mount flash hider, as well as an ALG AKT Enhanced Trigger with Lightning Bow and Hammer Forged Carrier both with a DLC finish. The rifle is finished off with a Burnt Bronze Soviet Arms 11.5" handguard and railed gas tube, RAL8000 B5 folding stock and P-Grip. Includes (1) Burnt Bronze metal magazine.
The Sabre GF5 AK contains the following Romanian parts from a vintage 1960's or 1970's parts kit:
