As cheap as the PSA blem upper for $60 plus their Upper kit for $30, but one low shipping price and its already installed, and of course no blem. Outstanding company with fast shipping.
He also has MPI/HPT phosphate/chrome-lined M16 BCGs for $119. Which is about average lately, but if you need one and are already paying shipping, thats a decent price.
