One of the reviewers says 2 Mags. And free shipping with gunbuyer. Good company.
I love mine. Paid a bit more a year ago from a different vendor. Not one single FTE, FTF, stovepipe or other hiccup so far with hydro-shocks or a variety of inexpensive FMJ ammo I've run through it. I love the grip and have no problem with the trigger pull. It's my daily carry because it's 12+1 and with the second mag it comes with I have 25 rounds total. I hear the S&W Shield is a fantastic gun, but it's only 8+1/7+1. If you are debating between the two, the Shield rebate makes it a might tough decision.
S&w sheild has a $75 rebate. You can get it for $212 after rebate, much better gun in my opinion.
Isn't this the one that you can shake hard enough and fire off a round without pulling the trigger?
Picked it up today. I'm pleasantly surprised. The trigger pull isn't near as uncomfortable as I expected (I have many other pistols with long pulls). I also think, so far, that I like the "2nd chance" option if a round doesn't fire off with the first try.
I'll doctor it up a bit, then take it out to the range and put it through its paces. I can't refrain from tuning brand new firearms before firing even a single shot.
Have they fixed the feeding issues? I had one 3 years ago and wanted to love it. Sadly, I wound up selling it a week later. Gun would ftf fte and stovepipe all the time. I figure 500 rounds should be enough to break in. But mine was horrible.
You didn't ask me, but I'm picking mine up tomorrow.
Hey Vadi have you received your gun yet I ordered two guns from them two weeks apart and they cancelled both orders because they were out of stock.
Finally gave in and ordered one. Hopefully the one I receive can live up to all of the hype and good reviews I've read about these, and not the latest possible bad runs of these things.
Just adding on, when I bought mine a couple years ago ($209 + free shipping), they had the 1 year NRA membership free after rebate. It was legit. They had a spot on the form to put your mem. # if you were already a member and the NRA extended my membership for a year.
Plenty of people talking about what a great deal this gun is; I just wanted to add that the NRA membership is legit (at least it was 2 years ago).
Good gun. Especially for the price. Ordered a different gun from Gunbuyer on the 16th and still hasn't shipped yet.
Placed an order on 4/4/17 and was told a week later gun was out of stock. Placed another order on 4/18/17 and a week later was told my gun was out of stock. Would like to order this gun but afraid it will be out of stock. The previous orders were placed within minutes of them going on this site.
I love mine and would get another in a heartbeat but I'm not into handguns- they're more of a necessary evil to me VS a rifle. For $200 it serves its purpose.
Agree with all the other comments ; what a great truck gun!
IMO, best sub 300 dollar pistol available. Own 5 still, had 8 off and on just for the hell of it. Excellent value, super compact yet holds a full 13 rounds, has a rail. ALL of mine have been Uber reliable and never had an issue. One has over 2000 rounds and still kicking perfect. As a matter of fact it's my best one as the trigger has smoothed and broken in. Some complain about long gritty triggers but either shooting it alot or some Dremel polishing fixes up the grittiness and a small tweak on a certain part (s) shortens the pull easily. I'm sorry due to knuckleheads possibly getting hurt I'm not going to disclose the alterations. But if you know guns it can be done simply. I've fixed many triggers on these for friends and or guns I've owned and sold...you can't go wrong with this gun for $200 with a lifetime warranty!
Chances are you will get a good pistol. This said, be advised that Taurus has had some "bad batch" runs on the trigger blades & mag release buttons as of late.
The blade typically breaks low enough where the gun will still function. However for those where it breaks higher up near the frame the gun will not fire. The mag release button issue seems to be limited to newer made G2's where upon release of the mag the button fails out of the pistol making reloading impossible without manually holding the mag in the well with your weak hand.
See Taurus armed .net for many threads on these issues.
Owning (3) of these personally bought a couple of years ago I can say that (2) are great guns. The other has clear tolerance slop and no where near as accurate even with a 3 month tour of the Miami Taurus warranty repair facility. Not bashing Taurus here. Just know before you buy one that there's a chance the one you get may need issues addressed. For the money it's still a darn good deal IMHO.
;)
I've had one for a year and I've had no failures with about 400 rounds. Shoots straight and handles recoil very well. It has 2 issues I've found, a mile long trigger pull and the mags have weak springs. Tried to get Taurus to warranty the mags and they won't do a thing. Bad CS and that big ass lawsuit have destroyed Taurus. Decent gun , cheap price.
Weak springs in the mags? This gun's mags are what finally made me break down and buy a Lula Loader. Getting that 12th round in was murder on my thumbs when the mags were brand new. Better now, though.
Agree with everything else you said. LONG first trigger pull, but a great little gun at just over $200. A good 500+ rounds through it with no FTE's with me and one FTF with a bad round.
I had to buy a loader as well only could get ten in with brute strength. Weak mag springs lol. Love this gun!

This is a great compact 9mm at a very affordable price. I've bought several guns from GunBuyer.com, with no issues.
At this price this gun is outstanding. Bought one for $217 after shipping a few months ago and later sold it to a friend who offered me $250 on the spot. Maybe 500 rounds through it and it never once disappointed me. Local gun store sells it for $310 and it would absolutely be worth that if it wasn't for how often you can get it so cheap online.
Did this gun from gunbiyer.com come with 2 mags or only one mag?
