C Products Defense is the only manufacturer of 20rd 7.62x39, 6.8. and 6.5 magazines with exclusive Black-T Teflon coating.
These are arguably the most reliable magazines on the market and are not comparable with other magazines.
There are additional manufacturing steps required to make a 20rd mag, which cause them to be priced slightly higher than the 30rd magazines. There are no better deals on gun.deals, or any other website for these CPD magazines.

C products Never has anything on sale, But lists them as if they are on sale here, Wont answer emails About the Defective magazines I have bought! This company makes Defective magazines wont stand by there product, ONLY thing they have is basically a Monopoly on working 7.62x39 Mags if you are lucky enough to get one that Wasn't spot welded wrong on the curve! Shouldn't even be on gun.deals at REG price as they always are!

And here is what I got today, I guess you being the owner they know nothing about? Already almost 2 and a half months since I first emailed too! WOW!

Our offices were officially closed yesterday (preparing our manufacturing facility for Hurricane Irma.) We will most probably be closed for some time until the power is restored and our building and machinery are put back into working order. We are on email until we lose power, when we will be struggling for our lives and our business.

As soon as we are able to return to our facility, we will check our records for any communication received from you. We guarantee every magazine we have manufactured and do everything we can to make sure our end users have magazines that work flawlessly the first time, every time.

I am not sure what you saw on Slick Guns or Gun Deals, but we were not responsible. Since C Products Defense opened its doors, we have never sold magazines retail and have not advertised any products on Slick Guns or anywhere else. No point, since we only sell direct to gun manufacturers, distributors and dealers.

FYI, from time to time we do ask about the end plate because CPD does NOT guarantee magazines manufactured by a different company--C Products LLC in Newington, CT that went out of business late 2010 / early 2011. The old magazines are apparently still circulating and people tend to confuse the companies.

We will email you an RMA for the return of you defective magazine and ask that you print a copy when you return it to us. In return, we will send you a new 30RD 7.62x39 plus another for your trouble. Unfortunately we have no record of your first email - it may have gone to "junk mail" since that sometimes happens with our email system. Our magazines are 100% guaranteed to work.

Please give us some time to get back into production after this hurricane and we will take care or your issue. You are always welcome to call me directly.

Sincerely,

Carol Jamil

Hello:

I bought one of your 30 round (7.62x39) Magazines at Salway armory in {Taken out for privacy}.

at 22 Rounds left in it, The follower Hangs up every time I get town to 22 rounds, and have to use some rod etc to push on it until it comes free. And as you have made these not able to be disassembled. I can not even look inside to see whats going on.

It just gets stuck and all the 22 rounds left fall out with no pressure on them!
