Radical obviously had a bad batch of charging handles at some point because I had the same issue described here, and I've read the same on other reviews. I was planning on upgrading the charging handle anyway, and after I did I still opened a warranty claim with Radical, who promptly sent a replacement handle. Other than that it's been super reliable after about 2000 rounds.

Mine is being sent back to Vortex for repair/replacement. Reticle doesn’t light up on 6 out of the box. Vortex CS seems to respond to claims pretty quick though. We’ll see what happens.

Please heed my warning and do not buy this. I have had nothing but problems with my sample of this pistol and it has been sent back to Beretta 3 times and is still unacceptably unreliable. Even with the 9mm NATO ammo (which is more expensive than regular FMJ) it will still malfunction. Beretta has really broken my heart over this one.

I have read in several places that these have feed issues. Classic Firearms also mentioned the thumb safety pin could break. Anyone know if those issues were resolved? This seems like a decent deal, but only if the gun is reliable.

Yes apparently some issues. A diligent defense enticer s to might be a better choice. A much more versatile can and I would argue it does everything the scythe does except blow up.
