The RISE Armament® Watchman AR-15 Semi-Auto Rifle features a premium 16" 416 stainless steel barrel chambered in .223 Wylde, which offers excellent accuracy when shooting .223 Remington®, and 5.56 NATO ammunition. The barrel has a 1:7 twist rate and 1/2"-28 threads with a 4-prong RISE Veil Flash Hider attached, which is designed to remove the ring sound produced by many prong-style flash hiders. The Watchman utilized a mid-length gas system to aid in reduction of felt recoil by slowing down the bolt's rearward movement.
