Most every person that I know that likes shooting or hunting has a .22 lr. The Ruger 10/22 I think is the most iconic .22 lr of all times in the US. Everyone is familiar with the 10/22 and it has more aftermarket options than almost any 22 I know of. Ruger hit a homerun with it, could it get better? I didn’t think so until I came across the Charger. Now the charger is a “pistol” as it comes. Under current ATF guidelines, you are able to put a pistol “brace” on it. That with the fact that my charger has a detachable barrel, it makes the PERFECT backpack gun or for some, a SHTF gun. For me, it’s cool and FUN to shoot. For the ULTIMATE 22 of all time…. get the breakdown charger, put a Franklin Armory BSF III 22-C1 trigger in it (binary trigger), folding brace, Sig ROMEO5, and a TandemKross Game Changer PRO muzzle brake and you have the ULTIMATE 22. Fun factor OFF the chart! Bottom Line: Everything you expect from the 10/22 in a small, lightweight, very accurate, and versatile pistol. Without the pistol brace, it would not be at the very top of my list, just FYI and being honest.
