More plastic in this gun than your grandma had in her cupboards after a 1980's Tupperware party! Lol in all seriousness I would not ever buy one of these. Especially when there are so many companies pumping out budget friendly AR's for just a few bucks more. Everything about this gun is plastic including the trigger, hammer, upper and lower receivers, front rail, and so on...if you want a safe queen to sit and look at them this would probably fit that bill. But if you're someone who goes out and shoots often, out practicing drills, firing at high rates, runs a suppressor and want a gun that will last, id suggest looking elsewhere but if you are doing all the things I mentioned, you probably already know this.
This is solely my opinion and my experiences and if you want this gun or have a different opinion, that's just fine, that is your right. Just like it is my right to have my opinion. Good day!

Avoid Backdraft at all costs. Just canceled my two orders placed over 18 weeks ago. (Website still shows 8-12 week lead time.) Backdraft would not give me any useful update, timeframe, or expectation. basically told me to cancel or sit back and wait.

I have the 34". Quality is fine, especially for the price, but know there are no single shoulder-strap attachment points and no side carry handle... to it's pretty much backpack or nothing. It's not a problem if it's the only bag you're carrying, but it becomes a problem if you're trying to lug multiples.
