Cheap Chinese copycat. If that's good enough for you, so be it.
But real US military boonie hats don't have the button on the side to flip up the brim and hold it in place (that's more a British thing). And they are NOT one size fits all. They're actually sized, from size 7 thru 8.
XL was more like a medium. Not even close to fitting.
