I bought a Remington 700 yesterday and got 20% off. My store has it going until Sunday.
I grabbed a 700ADL with scope for $333. Probably spent more than I should have on guns that day considering I bought four. But how often do you catch this kind of sale?
700 should be no problem. I got an 887 28" and an 887 NitroTac both 20% off.
too bad it doesnt include anything defined by them as home defense or a "modern sporting rifle"

Those would be considered modern sporting rifles. However if you're in the market for a hunting rifle or shotgun you're in luck.
The sign they posted at my local store said good through 12/1. Also, another walmart up in Kansas actually had the bushmaster patrolman and carbon 15 for 20% off. I managed to nab the last carbon 15 for just under 6 bills out the door. I was told it was up to the store manager's discretion what models they put on sale.
