This striker-fired, polymer framed handgun is ideal for concealed and everyday carry thanks to a compact overall profile, and features rounded edges to reduce the risk of snagging on loose clothing and equipment. The grip is optimized for comfort and ergonomics, with aggressive texturing in key areas, a sunken area for the user’s thumb, and an extended magazine base plate to fit the user’s pinky finger. Together, these features provide a great feel in the user’s hand, and provide greater accuracy and control of the firearm. The G2C is outfitted with both a manual thumb-operated safety, as well as a trigger safety for maximum confidence when carrying the weapon, and the exclusive TSS (Taurus Security System) allows the user to completely disable the weapon with the turn of a key to prevent misuse while the gun is in storage. In addition, the G2C is equipped with an adjustable rear sight, and an accessory rail for the installation of a tactical light/laser.
