I ordered mags on Jan 15th. Tuesday Mar 12 will be 8 weeks. My order says "Ready to ship for last 2 weeks." I did get a rather nasty response when t managed to get a live person on the phone. I will wait till next month until I call Credit Card Company and ask for a charge reversal. I dont understand 8 weeks to ship if they have mags in stock? But ... what you gonna do?

I'm not sure if anyone else is following this or not, but in case they are, I ordered January 10th and just received the notification today (3/7) that my order had shipped. I cannot comment on the quality yet as I have not yet received my order, I'm just excited that they are finally on their way!

I had ordered the magazines on the 6th of January and at the time of ordering there was no 6 to 8 week delay. The delay notice came 2 weeks after I placed my order. On the 22nd of February I received an email with shipping confirmation. They shipped the Magazines in the appropriate time that they gave themselves. I have to admit I was a little let down about the wait and wondered if I would really even see them. I didn't complain or bitch, piss or moan. I waited to see if they would ship the mags according to there website. You have to be a little understanding to the demand of these items. I don't think a company is going to risk its credibility over a $20 magazine. THANK YOU MAKO GROUP!

I don,t know how any of you received your orders .? I ordered 3 /30 round mags on Jan 7 and as of this date Feb.16 still no mags !!!!! No response too phone calls no responses to email's . When I ordered there was no post on the site about any delays like there is now. I will give them a little more time ,if not soon I will call the credit card company and report them !!!! Ps they seriously need to address their lack of I DO NOT CUSTOMER Care. !!

I finally received my Magazine. Ordered on Jan /7/ 13 till Feb/ 27 the product is excellent too bad Mako Customer Lack of Service is not the same. I understand the high demand but if they communicated and answered e-mail question ? Then maybe there would not be so many bad reviewers . Maybe they should higher some people to Handel the higher demand . Especially since their making so much profit from the elevated sales and demands . :((

Be prepared to wait, and wait. and wait.

BTW: While your waiting they charge your credit card in advance without sending the product. I do not know of any other company that charges your credit card without sending the product. Unbelievable!

Customer service? There is no customer service! Just a hope and prayer.

Definately NOT in stock. Based on their Facebook updates vs recent order numbers, they're at least 10,000 orders behind. They're constantly getting new stock in, but it's going to go quite a while until orders are filled. Also, like others have mentioned, their E-commerce site charges your card when the order is placed.

I ordered mine on 12/31, got them on 1/28.
Nice mags. I received the more recent revised version and no issues with fit on my M&P.
No regrets.

Theres a really comprehensive, multi part review on these done by YouTube Channel GUNSKNIVESWATCHES . He does fit and finish , dimkjension tests, abuse tests etc. He does put these to the test. One of the issues I have heard numerious times is that they have difficulties in some ARs if you try and insert them loaded with a full 30 rounds. I also hear that they are a slow delivery, but they state this very clearly on their website and we all know the current situation.

My recommendation is do the research before you pull the trigger on these. I have opted to not, but I am also not in a "Gotta get some 30 rounders now" situation fortunately.

In Dec I ordered 6 of these and received them about 5 weeks later. That is an acceptable delay given the current situation and the price is reasonable. If I need more mags, I will definitely consider more of these.

Customer service? What customer service? Maybe bend over type and touch your toes. For very little effort they could have some. That's the sad part.

I ordered 5 of them on December 26th, after all the bad juju and all that. I forgot about them and Mr. UPS shows up sometime in the first week of January. They are heavy, obviously, and fit nicely in my rifles.

Since then I have ordered some 40 rounders and some other stuff that I forgot about but I know it'll be Xmas when they get to the house.

If it helps, they fit MY ATI polymer and Colt lowers.

This isn't a deal they never went out of stock. You just won't see them for 3 months which for some people will be too late. Also has fitment issues with a lot of rifles, they advise you grind down on the mag.
