The BAR2 is a 12-inch free-floating AR-15 handguard designed for shooters who need full Picatinny mounting at all four positions with suppressor-compatible inner clearance and integrated sling management in a weight-conscious quad rail design.

The 1.8-inch internal diameter clears most suppressors, making the BAR2 a practical choice for NFA builds running a suppressed configuration with four-sided Picatinny access. Six integrated QD sling swivel sockets provide extensive sling attachment options without additional hardware or adapters. The high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum barrel nut — compatible with standard 3-pin USGI barrel nut wrenches — provides secure, flex-free mounting without requiring specialized installation tools. Scalloped and deburred rail edges improve shooter comfort during extended use, and three Ergo ladder rail covers ship with the handguard for immediate rail protection.

Compatible with standard mil-spec AR-15 uppers. Installation uses standard 3-pin barrel nut wrenches. Includes mounting hardware, thread locker, a 1.25-inch sling swivel, and three Ergo rail covers.
