Even the most cursory research (just googling "Rekkr 5.56") on your own would tell you all of the above...
Then it looks like the vender could have done that. They want the money, they should do the work. Of course, YOU could have done it too, then posted it here for us lazy people. When I hired people to work for me, I expected them to do the work, maybe you, not so much.
With most of the $230-$250 intro-price retailers out of stock, Bauer-Precision looks to be the best price going at $300 - 10% coupon code, along with no tax outside of TX and only $6 for USPS shipping. That said, they don't have an FFL-selection back-end, so you have to have your FFL email them their FFL and SOT after-the-fact.
Not a lot of info in this ad. How much does it weight? Any barrel length restrictions? What is it made of? Is it rated for full auto fire? What king of warrenty does it have? Is it serviceable? Any DB rating? But, hey, it's for a 556, so there is that.
