I've had one and shot numerous others and while they work very well the accuracy is beyond poor, like wildly erratic. 7yds in gtg haha

Livinitup, just wondering if you got a part time job here posting comments here one after the other?

Yes! Hahaha.... No actually it is called boredom at work. Graveyard sucks doing security and nothing going on some nights/days.. Furthermore I've been a firearms instructor for 20 plus years as well as a firearms collector so I have enough experience that I can sometimes answer questions, offer experience, opinions and such. Unlike some people on here I try not to use it as a platform to argue, belittle, or post stuff that has no relation to the item for sale. Do you find harm or problems in my comments?

My best friend and I have had nothing but issues with both of our Bodyguard 2.0s. It’s ergonomic and shoots very well…when it shoots. FTFs, stove pipes, 10 round mag barely seats, randomly drops the mag with the slightest touch of the mag release. Such a shame. It feels so good in my hand. Very disappointing.

I can say the same with the SW bodyguard that I had a few years ago. It has multiple issues like feeding issues, failures to eject, etc... to top that off in 9mm it was one of the most snappy, violent recoiling pistol I've shot. I ended up selling it after a couple range trips. Again mine was in 9mm not like this one in 380. I think there's much better offerings at this price range.

I had, and still have, a ton of issues with my SW Bodyguard first generation. On the other hand, my Shield in 9mm is one of the best shooting subcompacts I own. Looking right now to buy the new Bodyguard but I will patiently wait for the price to go down and also make sure there are no issues with it.

I don’t think they ever made a 9mm version of the BG. That would be the shield.

Yes I apologize I did mistake this for the shield. Thanks for clarifying and I retract my statement.

Have the G42 which is accurate and to me and trust worthy, but because of the round capacity of this S & W it will be next on my list.

Never owned a 380, but this is the one I would buy.

I love mine so far, I loaded 1,000 rounds for it and ran them all with no malfunctions, unfortunately for me mine either shots point of aim or very far right and a little high. Im very good so I normally shoot at 50yds for fun and it's 5' left 1' high or it is point of aim so idk, my Ruger LCP Max was more accurate but worse everywhere else. fwiw

Even though it's 380, it's a snappy bugger!

I have to disagree. This gun does not snap at all. It shoots amazing. you can unload it one handed easily.
