The Shadow Systems DR920 Elite with a black spiral-fluted threaded & unthreaded barrel is a full-sized, duty-grade 9mm pistol purpose-built for performance shooters, law enforcement professionals, and home defenders alike. The DR920 Elite pairs refined ergonomics with superior mechanical performance, offering premium features straight out of the box—without the need for aftermarket upgrades. This model comes equipped with a match-grade 416R stainless steel threaded & unthreaded barrel (1/2x28), finished in Black Nitride or Bronze, making it suppressor- and compensator-ready. The spiral fluting reduces weight and enhances cooling and debris clearance. The slide, machined from 17-4 stainless steel, features a DLC diamond-like carbon coating for superior hardness and corrosion resistance. Directional serrations in the front, rear, and topside plus a weight-optimizing window cut ensure fast, secure manipulation even in high-stress scenarios. An optic-ready Elite slide includes the patent-pending multi-footprint optic cut, allowing direct mounting of most major red dot sights without the need for adapter plates.
