The grip is terrible. Gotta wear gloves to shoot it comfortably. Too aggressive of a texture on bare hands. For a self defense weapon that aint good. Also pretty bulky to carry on a daily. This one kind of misses the mark. If you are obsessed with Smith and cant do any other brand, go for a shield or m.2 model. The trigger will still be cheap as fuck though. Just not great guns for what you pay in terms of weight, trigger, frame, and even the sights are a little too high for a true point of impact to where you are aiming. Its a hard pass for me after owning one. Do yourself a favor and get a DIFFERENT .40 or 9mm. Sar b6 is going to keep you alive a lot longer. Same with any full size glock. Ruger security 9 or a tisas px-9 with oem glock sights

I purchased this last week and I must say I am very happy with it. The light it comes with is very nice as well. I put a Galloway trigger and spring kit in it and it feels every bit as good as my Glock 19. I will say that it needs the Galloway parts to make it acceptable. The factory trigger is awful, but I like working on firearms and now I have a real gem. Next project is a set of Ameriglo Hackathorn sights.

Great gun. Great seller. I threw an Apex trigger kit and NDZ guide rod in it and it's like the beautiful mutant baby of an M&P and a Glock. Couldn't ask for more for the money.
