This is not a deal. All these sellers just ad bogus fees and inflate shipping. The absolute cheapest is still $342 and you'd still have to pay a transfer fee at a dealer.

Palmetto state armory has this without all the bs fees and it ships twice as fast. Like 4 extra fees and state tax isn't one of them!

My understanding is that this is the “bare bones” version rather than the lite model. Aside from the significant weight differences, I believe some of the internals are different as well.

I was on the fence for a while and finally bought a lite model, and a buddy bought this “bare bones” less expensive model. He has already upgraded to V’s accusing kit (mine is on the way), and after shooting mine, he said “damn, now I wish I had gotten the lite version.” That said, all mk IVs are shooters.

His trigger with the V’s accusing kit was a game changer. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I remember a couple years ago Mark ___ pistols were in the $600 range. I never bought one until last year. I got this same model in the $350 range. Why did they drop so much? People realize it's just 22 cal?
