Curious what the community thinks of this short of a free float handguard when it comes to mounting iron sights... Input?

I like that kind of rail. It is nice to have rail all the way across the top, but this looks good IMO. I have that kind of rail on a S&W m&p and I have irons mounted on the rail with no problem.
