Does anyone who has this experience a lot of wear on the bolt after shooting?

Not sure what my problem is but when I go to shoot it the extractor will not release the spent case. It is just suck onto the endo of the bolt until I flick it off

Hit up PSA, might be a known defect. There is a good chance that it's a standard 556 extractor, not a 9mm. Look for marks on the spent case, that's usually the telltale. Also, the ejector plays a big role in the lower, I've had the hook style tend to work more reliably than the blade.

I wish they'd make one with a 6" barrel. 8" is a little too long for an AR9 (in my opinion) but 4" is too short. At that point, I'd rather just use my Glock 19 with a Roni.

I too think the 4” is a little short, I have a 8” and I personally like that length. Anything larger is too much length for me for an AR9. Either way this kit could still be fun.

Interesting, thanks. Do you run it suppressed? I was thinking of getting an 8" myself, simply because the only 6" I can find are literally double PSAs price.

8" isn't bad, but you're right it's going to add up with a suppressor. If you really want 6" you can readily find barrels in less than $120 to swap.
