You know you can refuse an item that was shipped to your FFL right? You'll probably pay a restocking fee (per whatever agreement you read and checked when you bought it) but you don't have to take a gun you think it's incorrect or damaged.
Also, if an item is significantly wrong or damaged you can file a claim with your credit card. Sounds like the first comment had a bad deal with PSA and didn't get a good customer service reply. In my experience, their customer service is email and wait - they don't ever answer the phone. So you make a complaint and if you don't get a good reply, file a claim with your credit card, I'll be they answer back then.
As for me, I've bought a half dozen guns and another dozen items from PSA and never had a bad experience.

Horrible Retailer
Will sell you used or damaged or returns as new items and tell you to kick rocks. Terrible antics, and even worst customer support. Keep your hard earned money and buy from good dealers that dont sell damaged items and offer no help. Detail your ffl items at ffl from top to bottom and inside out, as the damage will be in a location you may not easily see
