last time i "preordered' thru brownells the item didn't show up until a week after every other store had it in stock. they switched the billing info to wrong address, failed to process payment, and never said anything. well over a year after covid they still use it as an excuse to not answer emails, actually they never responded at all. the person i spoke to over the phone just updated my billing info and never reprocessed the order until I sent a THIRD email which they also ignored, and finally sent the product days later...
