#html-body [data-pb-style=MO4QTX6]{justify-content:flex-start;display:flex;flex-direction:column;background-position:left top;background-size:cover;background-repeat:no-repeat;background-attachment:scroll}Be a tough adversary. Grab your rifle. Don your armor. There is work to do.   The Testudo is our most popular armor carrier for a reason. You put plates firmly inside it and tighten the cummerbund around your body until it’s snug but gives room to breathe. The ridiculously strong velcro wrap helps you do this quickly and easily. People have loved this carrier for over ten years. It works.   The carrier is principally made of 500D Cordura which balances flexibility and rigidity. It is very tough. It is very durable. The buckles are big and sturdy—built to carry a load. Olive Drab is a useful color; it blends into most environments well because it is both natural and neutral. Quantities on the Testudo OD are low and in high demand. To save some money, you can pick a standard color instead.   The A3 obliterates 5.56 and M80 Ball. It’s razor thin. Unbelievably light. A winner-take-all plate.  Materials: Polyethylene makes it light. Steel makes it strong. No other company offers this combination.  Protection: it absorbs fragmentation while stopping mild steel core rounds such as 5.56x45MM, M193 Ball, and M855, as well as 7.62x51MM NATO Ball. It's only 4.6 lbs and 0.7” thick and has passed numerous third-party tests.   The C2-MH is a tyranny-grade protection level. It stops multiple .30 caliber armor-piercing rounds. It also stops round after round of lesser threats such as Green Tip and M80 Ball, just like the A3. Materials: Ceramic with a Polyethylene Backer.   The C3 takes what the C2-MH started and goes a step further. It’s carefully bent to a three-dimensional shape that fits the male torso more closely. This version of the C3 comes with the protective FragLock™.

$2,000 for $150 worth of AR500 products + overnight shipping?

LOL, I thought these guys were shady before but now they just proved it.

I guess I'll just have to take a bullet because I don't have an extra two grand handy.

Or just pay the normal price for the Testudo, wait the 48 hours it takes them to normally ship and dodge bullets for an extra day? Idk, I own this kit and it’s solid, but the massive markup for overnight shipping has me thrown off.

I own this armor but I gotta ask why the crazy high markup for overnight shipping? Is something happening I am unaware of?
