This NBS House-Built AR-15 is fitted with our NBS 15” MLOK Handguard that runs all the way up to a classic A2 Flash Hider, giving you plenty of space and options to accessorize your rifle!
This rifle is built upon an Anderson Forged “No-Logo” Lower and Upper Receiver CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminum. Inspected throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure they meet military specifications and standards, these receivers are built to be durable and ready to perform, no matter the mission.
This AR-15 sports a 16″ 5.56 nitrided barrel with a sub-MOA guarantee at 100 yards, using properly weighted match grade factory ammo and shooting from a rest. Equipped with a low-profile, NBS nitrided, steel gas block, this rifle runs on a midlength gas system.
This rifle runs on an 8620 Steel, standard M-16 profile, Bolt Carrier matched with a 9310 steel Anderson Bolt to keep your rifle cycling efficiently. This rifle has a mil-spec Charging Handle installed along with a mil-spec lower parts kit.
This rifle features the iconic A2 style pistol grip and a six-position, adjustable buttstock mounted on a carbine buffer system, to maximize shooter customization for proper eye-relief and cheek weld.

They have been part of Dirty Bird for at least a year (that is how long I've been ordering from them). Not sure which is the parent company or if they have always been related or their ownership involves some sort of purchase of one or the other.
As far as tax goes, I'm in the same state as AR15Discounts so they've always charged me tax. Both companies go back and forth with their free shipping thresholds, discounts, same SKU's will have different prices on each website yet both will fulfil orders for the other company, etc. Does get a little confusing and annoying because I've had to order from both companies (and pay both freight) to complete builds before because one will have a great sale on A but the other is having a better sale on B.
Did the ownership of AR15Discounts change? They removed free shipping, started charging out of state sales tax.
