The AM-15 Stripped Upper Receiver is machined from 7075 T6 Aluminum forging. Featuring M4 feed ramps, this upper receiver is machined to Military Specifications & Standards and can be used with multiple calibers on the AR-15 platform. This upper receiver comes in type III hard coat black anodize. Forge markings may vary.

NBS AR-15 Ultralight M-LOK Free Float Handguard
The NBS Free Float M-LOK Handguard is a no-nonsense American Made M-LOK compatible rail system designed for versatility and simplicity. It features a picatinny top rail and M-LOK attachment slots on the 3, 6, and 9 o’ clock positions. Precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum extrusions then type 3 hard coat anodized you can be sure that this handguard can withstand an incredible amount of abuse. Its slim profile feels great in the hand yet with a 1.35″ inside diameter it can accommodate any true low profile gas block and even has enough clearance to recess some muzzle devices such as flash cans and linear compensators. $79 Sale is for Stripped upper, barrel (mid-length only), and handguard (15" only) any other variation will increase the price. After shipping and taxes it'll total around $105. No additional discounts can be applied to this deal. Hope this helps.
The link and sale is for the stripped upper only, not the whole rifle kit.
It includes everything it says; stripped upper receiver, 16" mid-length barrel and 15" handguard.
It's not a whole 'rifle kit' but the $79.95 price DOES include the stripped upper receiver, the 16" barrel and the 15" handguard. Will you still need more parts to complete the upper? Absolutely. Is this a good price for the parts included if those are the parts you want? Also yes.
For anyone who hasn't built an upper before, you'll need the following to COMPLETE the upper:
"upper receiver parts kit" (i.e. dust cover with retaining rod, spring and c-clip, forward assist, spring and roll-pin" - $17
