Description

The Battlelink Utility Stock or BUS is the latest product from Mission First Tactical (MFT) which is made in the USA in cooperation with DuPont’s Military Plastics Division. Their products aren't only durable and lightweight but they are packed with features and look very aggressive and futuristic in our opinion. Some key features that stand out are the accessory mounting section, watertight storage compartment and multiple quick detach sling attachment points. The square area toward the back and lower section is for mounting accessories such as a GPS, comm device or other various vital field gear and MFT accessories.
Unlike most other stock storage compartments, this comes with a unique configurable foam insert with pull tab for easy retrieval of items with gloves. There is ample room in the watertight storage compartment for a couple CR123 batteries, a few extra rounds of ammo or spare firing pin and you won't need to worry about it rattling around with the medium density foam inserts.
The overall ergonomics of shooting with this stock are vastly improved over a standard stock, The rubber but pad provides rock-solid grip and the angled design works much better that the typical straight design since it won't interfere with a vest and other bulky gear and allows the butt of the rifle to rest higher on the shoulder, while still being comfortable, for an enhanced cheek weld.
Features:
Slide-on replacement for original collapsible butt stock
Angled non-slip buttpad allows faster presentation, even with body armor
Pivoting rear accessed large and watertight storage compartment
Customizable foam storage block with quick access tab diminishes rattle
Quick Detach Sling mounting points (2) are positioned for optimum usage
Upper section provides enhanced cheek weld
Accessory mounting provisions
